Poe Farms, owned by Mickey and Patricia Poe, is located in the heart of Paulding County in Northwest Georgia. Our program was founded on the basic principle of producing registered Angus and SimAngus cattle with balanced traits as well as a recognized need to change the way cattle are grown in order to benefit the consumer. We strive to improve the health of people, our animals and the earth.
In addition to raising breeding cattle Poe Farms also produces premium all natural beef that can be purchased from us in large quantities at wholesale prices. As you can see family is important to us and we know that it is to you as well. Beginning at the farm here in Dallas, Georgia all the way to your kitchen, you can be assured your beef will be handled with the utmost care.
We begin by hand selecting animals with preferred traits. They are then grass fed and finished with a special blend of natural grains. No hormones or anti-biotics are used. The cattle are cared for in a stress free, calm, clean environment. This is advantageous to the cattle, to the quality of the beef and to the consumer.
Great taste is our number one goal here at Poe Farms. We accomplish this by treating our animals humanely, feeding all natural feeds and allowing them to mature naturally. Our aim is to produce a wholesome product combining tremendous tenderness and taste. A product your family can count on and one found no where else.
